Bought a used car from Jaron. It’s my first experience buying from dealers after having purchased from BM and C&C. I would say the service provided by him is unparalleled.

From the get go, his replies were prompt & straight to the point. He is also very friendly & approachable. He always replied to my late night texts & provided timely updates. The whole process from viewing to handover was completed within a week.

I had contacted a few dealers prior to this but I couldn’t really connect with them let alone share my worries about the car conditions. Gwen was very patient with listening to your wants and needs and thereafter suggest a suitable recommendation when you are in a dilemma. She does knows the stuffs she is selling inside out and when in doubt, confirmation is always sought before committing.

She is constantly updating the progress of the vehicle from checking for warranty updates, servicing including changing out what needs to be change, testing the vehicle and right up to polishing.

I would highly recommend Daryl from GOwheeler. Daryl is a hardworking trusted advisor who provides excellent pre and post sale experience. Before taking over the car, it was sent for servicing and also pre warranty checks (yes the car comes with a 1 year warranty, gearbox and engine included). Daryl also had the car fumigated and cleaned (additional) before handing over the car.

Post collection, he was still busy handling the paper work and transfer of number plate. I also found a crack in my tail light and highlighted to him which he promptly arranged for me to get it replaced.

Out of the 4 cars I’ve owned, 2 of them were purchased from Daryl. If you’re in the market for a new (or preowned) vehicle, visit GOwheeler and look for Daryl.
